Rakuten logoRakuten £10 off £40 on everything*MSE Blagged code good for console games. 10,000 available

MSE update: due to the popularity of this deal we have increased the total number of codes from 2,000 to 10,000.

Go to online marketplace Rakuten* to use the MSE Blagged code MSERAK10 to get £10 off when you spend £40 or more until Sun 16 Nov. There are 2,000 discount codes available, which can be used on anything on the site from fashion and beauty to experience days and gadgets. If you were to use the discount on console games, it would bring top games and new releases down to the cheapest on the market.

You could use this discount on consoles, however you can find them cheaper elsewhere.

The code will not work if  you're a guest user, you will need to be signed in or register. It's one code per order which cannot be used in conjunction with any other deals.

When adding items to your basket, the value must be £40 per seller not including shipping charges. If you ordered something costing £35 from seller A and something costing £5 from seller B, these would count as 2 different transactions as they are two different sellers. This will prevent the £10 off code from working.

Blockbuster logo£10 UNLIMITED games rental pass or £5 for kids' DVDsGo to a Blockbuster store to buy the gaming/film pass till September

Blockbuster is offering special summer passes that allow unlimited game rental for £10 (usually £6 a time) or unlimited kids’ DVDs and Blu-rays for £5 (usually 99p a time). You can buy and use the pass until Sun 8 Sep.

To get it, sign up for free Blockbuster membership online or in-store. To join, you must be 18+ but parents can add kids to their account to rent age-appropriate items. Here's exactly what you get:

Games: Unlimited games for Xbox 360, PS3, Wii and DS, including the latest releases such as Lego Batman 2, Just Dance 3, Grand Theft Auto, Skyrim and Call of Duty.

Kids’ DVD and Blu-rays: Unlimited DVD and Blu-ray rentals from the kids' 99p film range, including The Lorax , Despicable Me and Rango.

You can keep the game/movie for as long as you like, though the maximum number you can have of each at any time is one. See the MSE £10 unlimited game rentals forum thread to see what others are saying.
MSE Paloma says:

As the usual cost for renting a game is £6 for five nights, you would pay £66 if you rented a game every week till 8 September so this is cracking deal for keeping the little ones (and grown ups!) entertained. Rent more than one game over the summer or more than five DVDs and this is worth it.

More info
For DS/3DS/Wii/Wii U, games are available to rent as pre-owned items only (there's no separate rental stock for these, only pre-owned which can be rented). The kids' 99p films are rated PG.

Tesco Direct logo£20 Call of Duty: Ghosts and Grand Theft Auto V games*These massively popular games are usually £30-£40 elsewhere

Romance comes in many forms. For some, roses and chocolates are an ideal gift for Valentine's Day. For others, it's computer games.

The price of the two of the biggest releases in the gaming world, Grand Theft Auto V and Call Of Duty: Ghosts, have recently dropped to £20 (usually sell for around £30-£40 elsewhere). We believe Tesco dropped its price first, and Amazon has matched it.

Here's where to get yours:

Tesco Direct (in-store and online) - Call of Duty, Ghosts* (PS3/Xbox) and Grand Theft Auto* (PS3/Xbox). Tesco wasn't able to give us any details of stock and it says prices are subject to change, so go quick if you want these games. Delivery is £3 or you can pick it up in-store free.

Amazon - Call of Duty, Ghosts* (PS3/Xbox) and Grand Theft Auto* (PS3/Xbox). Important! Amazon's prices can shoot up without any notice, so it's best to check the price before you buy.

The cheapest Call of Duty Ghosts game we found elsewhere was £29 at Asda and for Grand Theft Auto, we found it for £33 at Game.

You need to be over 16 years old to play.
