With summer officially here and the Euros in full swing, now’s a good time to score a free beer with these freebie offers.
Have a pint on me, enjoy yourself but please be Drinkaware.
Two free pints of Kozel (norm £9ish)
If you download the Kozel pint finder app on your smartphone, you will receive a voucher for two free pints at the participating pubs (find your nearest).
You will have to redeem both pints at the same time by showing your voucher to a member of staff. Your local pub will only show up in the offers section of the app if it is participating and still has free drinks left. Offer ends Thu 23 Jun.
Free pint of Amstel (norm £4.50ish)
If you live near a Fuller’s pub, you can play a game on its website to win a free pint of Amstel. Spin the wheel and whichever country it lands on, it will award you a free pint when they are playing in Euro 2016 at participating pubs (see full list here).
You’ll have to be in one of its pubs during the game in order to claim. You will only get one spin per week, and you could get any of the 24 teams currently competing in the Euros. Offer ends Sun 10 Jul.
Free Sol beer (norm £4ish) or cocktail (norm £8ish)
Register with Pitcher & Piano here and you’ll be sent a code for a free Zubrowka Apple Zu cocktail. If you didn’t want a cocktail, you can get a Sol beer or soft drink for free instead in Pitcher & Piano bars (find your nearest).
You don’t need to buy anything else to get your free drink, just note down or show the code. Offer ends Thu 30 Jun.
‘Free’ Carling 4-pack (norm £3.50ish)
By downloading the app ‘iPint’ you can unlock special rewards for buying promotional 4-packs of Carling. Once you have bought your beer, open the app and select the free Carling offer. Then enter the code found inside the pack and snap a photo of the receipt.
Once it’s been verified (which could take seven days), you’ll get cashback for the amount you spent on the pack and you can redeem it as Bacs or PayPal transfer in the voucher wallet section of the app.
The cheapest 4-packs I found are £3.44 at Morrisons and you get the full amount back. You can only get one free 4-pack. Ongoing offer – see the promo pack to look out for below.
