If you’re looking to get away at the end of this year, you may be able to bag £20 return flights to 200+ destinations in Europe today only (Fri 24 Jun) until 11.59pm.
Ryanair says there are one million seats ‘from £9.99’ in its flash sale, with prices inclusive of taxes and fees and valid on selected dates from October to December.
Where can you fly from/to?
Discounted seats are available on flights from Stansted, Gatwick, Luton, Manchester, East Midlands, Birmingham, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Liverpool, Leeds, Newcastle, Belfast, Derry and Newquay for £9.99.
There are over 200+ destination cities in countries including (but not limited to) Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Croatia, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, Greece and Norway.
The £9.99 fares are one-way, so if you can find two bargain flights – return would be £19.98.
How widespread are the £9.99 tickets?
While Ryanair has billed this sale as ‘from £9.99’, we don’t know exactly how many seats are £9.99 exactly. I found quite a few seats bang on £9.99, including flights to Barcelona from Stansted in October and Majorca (Palma) from Manchester in November – both with £9.99 flights home as well.
Of course, the cheapest flights will get snapped up quickly so you’ll have to go quickly to give yourself the best chance of bagging the best price. There are no guarantees you’ll find the same, and it could be a bit of trial and error, but the more flexible you are on times and dates, the more chance you’ll have.
Can I save even more?
Yes you can! If you are signed up to TopCashback*, you can get 4.4% cashback on selected flights. If the flight you’re booking is listed… you’ll get your one-way flight for £9.55 or your return flight for £19.10. A nice bonus.
