If you buy a hot drink from a coffee shop every morning, there’s a way you can exchange that for a free one every single day – which could save you up to £800 a year. That’s a latte money! Here’s how:

How to get the free hot drink:
If you can’t load the video above, or prefer to see it in written form, here is a brief outline of how to get it:
1) Sign up for a free MyWaitrose loyalty card, and you’ll receive it in the post.
2) Show the card to staff at the till and they will scan it and give you a free cup.
3) Take your cup to the self-service drinks machine and choose from either Americano, cappuccino, latte, mocha, espresso or tea.
4) Then simply walk out of the store with your free drink – you don’t need to buy anything or return to the checkout.
Note: If you’re concerned about the environmental impact, Waitrose has confirmed you can supply your own reusable cup instead of taking a disposable one – but remember to scan your MyWaitrose card first.
