If you’re looking for cheap ways to treat the kids, this weekend take ’em down to Smyths Toys stores and bag some free goodies worth about £6.
This Saturday (27 May), Smyths Toys will be giving away a FREE goodie bag to every child – containing Play-Doh, Lego, a My Little Pony fun bag and a few little added extras which will vary by store.
To get your bag, just go along to a store (find your nearest*) from 9am-2pm on Saturday. Smyths told us there are about 200 per store and they are likely to run out quickly, so try to get there early to avoid disappointment.
All stores around the country are participating and you don’t have to buy anything, you can just walk out with your freebie. Aside from the goodie bag giveaway, there will be DJs, free face painting and candy floss available, but events may vary per store.
Any restrictions?
You can claim one goodie bag per child, so if you have multiple children, they can all get one. While it didn’t tell us what constitutes a ‘child’, it’s down to the store’s discretion what age they will hand bags out to. I wonder if I walk on my knees and shave my chin hair, I’ll look young enough… hmm!
