Until today, I never in my wildest dreams thought I’d be writing that headline – but dreams do come true folks…
From 12-3pm today only (Wed 17 May), you can get yourself a free vegetarian pizza at Franco Manca when you donate raw vegetables.
This deal, to mark National Vegetarian Week, is available at all 36 Franco Manca restaurants, which are mostly located around London and the south of England (find your nearest).
You have to bring along some raw veg with you, which will be donated to community food sharing project, The People’s Fridge. There is no restriction on how much or how little veg you have to give, so you could take a bag of anything you find cheap to the restaurant and still get the free pizza. Though bear in mind it’s for charity, so be generous if you can.
Do all that and you can feast on one of these yummy looking pizzas pictured for zilch. They normally cost £5+, so even if you bought some veg before you went in, you’d still save some dough.
