Waiting list now closed: Soap & Glory bath set – join waiting list for early access and 10% off to make it £78 worth for £27

Soap & Glory's Christmas Star Gift lands at Boots this month, but those who join the waiting list (now open) get two benefits: they can get it a day early, which reduces the risk of it selling out, and they can get 10% off.

It's the event that never fails to make a splash with beauty MoneySavers: the arrival of the discounted Soap & Glory Christmas Star Gift at Boots. This time round it's 'The Square Necessities' bath, body and make-up gift set, with contents worth £78.37 if purchased individually – see the full contents below. Delivery's £3.50, or free if you're spending £30 or more.
The key here is to join the Boots waiting list* – here's why and how to get it cheapest:
1. You get early access from Tue 10 Nov
Joining the waiting list will get you early access to the reduced price from Tue 10 Nov, 24 hours ahead of the official launch. It's then available for £30 (norm £65) for everyone from Wed 11 Nov until Tue 17 Nov, but there's a chance it could sell out.
In previous years, we've seen the Soap & Glory Star Gift reduced in price in December, so we wouldn't be surprised if it's discounted again next month. However, in this current environment, it can be difficult to predict anything a month ahead, so if it's something you're after, it's best to sign up to the waiting list now.
2. You can get it for £27, which is 10% off the normal price of £30.
What's more, if you sign up to the waiting list, you'll get an extra 10% off, bringing the price down to £27 – but only on Tue 10 Nov.
3. Use the code by 11.59pm on Tue 10 Nov to activate the discount
Once the waiting list closes at around 11.59pm on Sun 8 Nov, you'll be emailed a code to enter at checkout – this gets you the early access price, with the further 10% discount.
The code gets one discounted set per customer, and you must be logged into your Boots account for it to work. If you don't use the code on Tue 10 Nov, the set will cost £65.
The Star Gift £30 offer will then be available for everyone from Wed 11 Nov until Tue 17 Nov before reverting back to £65. Boots says it has a limited amount of stock for this initial offer period.
