  • Designer specs up to 70% off sale

Designer specs up to 70% off sale

Blagged code also gets 60% off lenses

MSE Update, Tue 26 Mar: Eyewearbrands has decided to extend the Blagged 60% off code until Sun 31 Mar.

If you go online to designer glasses retailer Eyewearbrands*, you can get up to 70% off frames in its sale, including big names such as Ray-Ban, Gucci and Ralph Lauren, while stocks last. Plus, you can also get 60% off lenses with the MSE Blagged code MSE60 until 11.59pm on Sun 31 Mar. Delivery's free.

With both discounts combined, there are some really decent savings. For example, on Tue 26 Feb, we found a pair of Ralph Lauren glasses (frames and lenses) for £44 with the code, reduced in the sale from £94. Though stock is very limited, with some frames only having a few pairs in stock, so go quick if you've seen a pair you want to buy.

While these aren't exactly MoneySaving, if you're after designer specs, this could be the cheapest place to buy - although even with the code, it might not always be cheapest, so make sure you do your own price comparison. For other discounts on branded items, see our Discount Outlets page.

The prices listed are for the price of frames only - you have to pay extra for the lenses, which start from £20 for both clear and tinted lenses (sunglasses). If you don't need prescription lenses, for a plain pair of sunglasses choose 'Dark Tints' and then select 'Plano' from the list of options at the prescription stage of checkout (Step 5).

    MSE Laura says:

Eyewearbrands is closing down its site, which is why it's shifting frames with such big discounts. However, it’s told us it isn’t in trouble or going into administration – it’ll just move stock over to its sister sites Glasses Direct and Sunglasses Shop – and as long as you order before Mon 1 Apr, the 30-day returns policy still applies and returns/refunds will be processed as normal.

    • The 60% lenses discount isn't valid on warranties. You can only buy a maximum of four pairs per transaction.
