NHS staff can get 20% off their food bill at Frankie & Benny's (find your nearest) when dining in. Simply purchase at least two meals from the main, vegan, or gluten-free menus, and show a valid ID card.
One ID card can be used for up to a group of six people, and the offer's available every day of the week, although there are some exclusions – see 'More info' below.

Register with Frankie & Benny's Rewards to get a free meal (normally about £9-£15) when at least one other main meal is purchased from the main, vegan, or gluten-free menu. It excludes the Ultimate mixed grill.
A voucher will be emailed to you 10 days before your birthday (so be sure to sign up in advance), which you can print or show on your smartphone, and will be valid for 30 days from the date of the email. It should also appear in your app.
It's valid at almost all Frankie & Benny’s restaurants, apart from at Praed Street and airport locations, but isn't valid with any other offer or discount, check 'more info' for more details. See full T&Cs.

When you sign up to the newsletter and purchase an adult main meal
ExpiredIf you sign up to the Frankie & Benny's newsletter and purchase an adult main meal this half term, kids can eat for free when dining in at the restaurant (find your nearest).
This offer is valid Mondays to Thursdays only from 11am or midday (depending on whether your local restaurant serves breakfast or not – so if your nearest location doesn't serve breakfast you can get this deal from 11am) until closing time, from Monday 13 February until Thursday 23 February.
Frankie & Benny's told us a kids' meal would usually cost from £7.99, but this can differ depending on your location.
How to claim the free main meal
Once you've signed up to the newsletter, you'll be sent a QR code which must be shown on your phone or tablet in the restaurant. The QR code can only be used once. You can get one kids' meal for each adult meal purchased, and there's no limit to how many can be claimed per table.
The adult mains must come from the main or gluten-free menus, while a kids' meal counts as any dish from the kids' menu. The code's not valid on the breakfast, set menu or event menus.
This offer can't be used alongside any other deal and it's not valid at Frankie & Benny’s airport locations or the Praed Street restaurant.
It also may not be valid in event restaurants on event days. Event restaurants include: Wembley Designer Outlet, Cardiff St David’s, Greenwich O2, Burleigh House, Sheffield Meadowhall, Oxford, Manchester Printworks and Sheffield. Frankie & Benny's suggests you call ahead and check if you want to redeem this deal at these locations.

Frankie & Benny's adults eat for 'free'

ExpiredIf you dine in at Frankie & Benny's this half term, adults can eat for 'free' with the purchase of a kid's meal. To get it, you'll need to sign up to their emails. Once registered, you'll be sent a QR code which you'll then need to show to serving staff when you pay your bill - find your nearest restaurant here.
While we usually see 'kids eat free' deals during half term, Frankie & Benny's has reversed this offer by allowing adults to enjoy the 'free' meal instead. This also makes it a stronger offer, as kids' meals are typically cheaper than adult ones – so there’s less of a minimum spend.
Half term dates and when you can claim the deal vary depending on where you live. This offer is available daily in the specified dates from restaurant opening until close:
- Scotland – Monday 17 October to Friday 21 October
- England – Monday 24 October to Friday 28 October
- Northern Ireland and Wales – Monday 31 October to Friday 4 November
However, there's a limited selection of mains you can get for free – choose from margarita pizza, bolognese pasta, arrabbiata pasta, cheeseburger and the classic hot dog. The kid's meal needs to be from either the Small Eaters or Big Eaters menu. Frankie & Benny's told us these kid's meals (which includes a main, side, drink and dessert) cost between £6.49-£7.99
The deal's not valid on the breakfast, set menu or event menus. It's valid at all locations except Praed Street (London) and airports. This deal can't be used alongside any other deals or promotions.
