A few weeks ago the Government launched a new website, the Childcare Service, allowing parents to apply for the Tax-Free Childcare scheme as well as up to 30 free hours of childcare a week. Yet some have reported technical problems with the site, so we've teamed up with parenting site Netmums to see how users have found it.
