Samsung Galaxy cashback offer - how to claim

To claim your cashback, submit your claim through Samsung's Cashback Claim Link within 30 days of purchase.

Your cashback will be paid into your Samsung Wallet as a prepaid Mastercard. You'll need a Samsung account and Samsung Wallet to receive it, and once it's been issued, you can use it anywhere that accepts Mastercard.

How to claim

• Buy an eligible Samsung Galaxy device between 9 September 2026 and 6 October 2026.
• Then make a claim for the cashback within 30 days of purchase.
• To make a valid claim, you'll need to provide:
  - Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation)
  - Your new phone's IMEI number
  - Your new phone's serial number
  - Clear photos of the purchased Samsung Galaxy device

Samsung will then check your claim, and if it's accepted, will pay out the cashback, though there's no set time period you'll receive it in. It's best to keep a record of the proofs / photos you used in the claim until Samsung pays the cashback.

This means to get the price quoted, you'll have to remember to claim the cashback, often in smaller amounts over several months. As many forget to do it, we don't show these deals by default.
