Yes, you can keep your old mobile phone number. If you're moving from another network, you'll need to text 'PAC' for free to 65075 to request your PAC (porting authorisation code). You will need to provide this to iD Mobile which should move your number over within one working day.
Yes, you can use your monthly plan allowance in more than 50 European destinations, including: France, Spain, Italy and Germany. If you're travelling to a country not included, you will be charged for each minute, text or MB you use.
Yes, iD Mobile offers 5G on most of its plans, including its one-month bundles and 12-month+ contracts. It doesn't yet offer 5G on its PAYG tariffs. However, be aware you'll need a 5G-compatible phone too.
