Gareth's experience

Gareth joined MSE as Deputy Editor in February 2022. He's an experienced financial journalist, starting his career at the Financial Times. Gareth worked for Which? for more than a decade.

He's been a regular on TV and radio over the years, talking about money on anything from the Today programme, Steph's Packed Lunch and even Countryfile!

A little more about Gareth

Outside of MSE, Gareth spends his time waiting hand and foot on his two young children, desperately trying to sneak off to a Spurs game when he can.

Gareth says...

"I am so proud to work for MSE – through the site, and Martin, we have such a tremendous ability to reach and help millions of people. We work incredibly hard to publish accurate and useful help in our weekly email, guides and blogs, and I get such a thrill to see the payoff, through the thousands of success emails we get back from the people who've used our tips to save."
