Hope Brotherton

Hope joined the MSE Deals team in November 2025 having previously worked at Travel Gossip, The Sun Newspaper and Take a Break. She’s also written for Lonely Planet Traveller, Euronews Travel, the London Evening Standard, Money Magpie, and others.

Her role at MSE sees her not only finding deals but putting them to the test too. Her key areas include loyalty schemes and travel, whether that’s covering airline sales, theme park tickets, or discovering new ways to travel on UK trains without breaking the bank. She also loves to spy a bargain, she’s a Brummie through and through after all.

In her spare time, you'll find Hope with a head in her book, enjoying a meal out with her family (voucher in hand), or planning a budget-friendly trip abroad.
