Hello.  Some nice ones here, the first one's a real WOW for anyone with debt, I wasn't expecting rates to drop like that at the moment.

Lowest Ever Credit Card Life of Balance Transfer Rate:  Capital One's dropped its new customer life of balance (LOB) rate from 4.9% to 3.9% making it the lowest ever open offer, no strings LOB rate.  Move credit card debts to its and you pay 3.9% until the entire balance transferred is paid off.  Be careful to get the right card though, Capital One has a huge range with many different rates.  I've updated my balance transfer deal with a full explanation, pros & cons and how to decide whether to go for this or short term 0% transfers.  Plus this card means my method to use cards for lower cost personal loans is even cheaper. Cheapest Life Assurance price rise:  Cavendish online, the cheapest term assurance provider is raising its prices on 1st Jan.  Its fee will go up a tenner. It'll still be the cheapest on the market, but if you're planning getting a policy you may as well do it sooner.  Articles: Cheapest Level term assurance, Cheapest Mortgage term assurance.
