American Express is shaking up its British Airways Avios credit cards from September - here's what it means for you
Card provider American Express is making a number of changes to its two British Airways rewards credit cards from 1 September. The shake-up will see annual fees hiked for some, while for others the spending threshold to earn a 'free' companion flight is falling - although they will now only be able to use this on economy class tickets. Here's what's happening.

British Airways extends vouchers for trips disrupted by coronavirus to 2023
British Airways customers who have accepted vouchers for disrupted flights or holidays during the coronavirus pandemic will now be able to use them for travel until April 2023, as the airline's extended their validity for a year. Travellers with bookings up to April 2022 can also now swap trips for vouchers
