Hiya, it's an exciting week, both due to some cracking deals below, but also just a tiny wee bit ‘cos I'm off on holiday at the end of it (and yes I did get a bargain!).  Enough of that though – onto the tips!

NEW DEAL. CUTTING EDGE INTERNET SHOPPING:  This is my completely new two-step plan to getting the ultimate deals quickly when web shopping.  You should be able to save 20% a year. It applies to most electrical, white & consumer goods, including books, games, CDs, DVDs.  Read it

FREE CASH, £30 MINIMUM:  Step two of the Internet shopping article above is about specialist cash rebate sites.  As a side benefit, these can be used to earn cash without laying any money out.  £30 is easily possible, plus there's a way to work 5-10 mins daily to regularly earn more. Read it

AN ANTIDOTE TO CONSUMERISM - MONEYSAVING OLD'SYLE.  There's a new guru in town, MoneySaver Cathy.  She's been inspiring people with her hints and tips in ‘budgeting the World War II way', so I've given her a Chat Forum board of her own, MoneySaving Old'Style.  It's all about good old fashioned ‘home economics' initial discussions include make your own make up and cosmetics, and save zillions on cleaning products.

EASY £15 FREE CASH NO-RISK LOOPHOLE.  A clever Chat Forum tip manipulates a new promotion by Sporting Odds.  Deposit £10 to make a bet, then you can withdraw £5 & then bet the other £5.  Then regardless of the outcome, £20 is credited to your account as an immediately withdrawable bonus, meaning £15 profit, no hassle.  The last time I e-mailed something similar, as 6,000 people took immediate advantage, and then loophole was shut only 6 hours after I sent it. So be quick, and check it's still running (as always, you do it at your own risk). Chat Tip

NEW RECORD 0% CARD LAUNCHES NEXT TUESDAY.  As I've been noting for a while, Barclaycard will offer new customers 0% interest for 13 months for balance transfers from next Tuesday.  The longest 0% deal we've ever seen.  The offer will launch first for Barclays branch applicants, then two weeks later for phone/web applicants (I'll tell you as soon as it is.), it also has a good looking offer for existing customers, though there's a catch, but you'll be pleased to hear I've also spotted a loophole – it'll be on the site on Sunday.

New Best For Now (be quick): In the meantime both Sainsbury and Tesco have launched roughly 9 month 0% offers, putting them at the top of the current best buy table.  The Sainsbury one is especially urgent, it closes 22 June. If you can wait for Barclaycard, do, but if you already have a Barclaycard and want 0% then I've updated both Best Card for Purchases & Best Balance Transfers

Martin's Money Poser – a question of risk: This is a favourite of mine (admittedly it's cheating the Money Poser format somewhat as it's not really about money like it anyway).  In the desert weather of Hawkins it hasn't rained in 100 years.  Then one day at lunch time the sky darkens and a mighty storm see the rain pour.  What are the odds the sun will be shining 12 hours later? Click here to answer.

That's it for this week,  I hope you enjoyed the tip.  There will be one next week, admittedly it'll be slightly cut down as I'm on m'travels.  Thank you so much to all the people who kindly send me notes about the site – they're great – I really appreciate them.  And it would also be lovely if you'd tell other's about the site and especially get them to sign up to the e-mail.

I hope you save some money

Martin
