REVENGE! New technique to make £100s off credit card companies
If credit cards lend you money at 0%, you can save it at 5% and make real money (some earn £1000s a year). Unfortunately they've blocked the old technique for doing this, so I've come up with two new ones. If you're debt free, it's easy to profit large. Urgent Last Chance! New Money Diet £3.99 and get it first
The special deal I bullied my publisher into finishes this week. My updated Money Diet book launches in Dec yet with this offer you get it half price and two weeks early. The book is about bigger MoneySaving, so whatever you do you get the best deals and stop companies getting your cash. It's formulated to give you a one day Money Makeover, hopefully saving thousands. Not a bad Christmas prezzie too. Anyway enough of my plugging. Special offer link, More on the New Money Diet

A new promise: a 0% overdraft that matches your existing overdraft limit
Alliance & Leicester's just pumped out another bribe to persuade current account switchers. Its year long 0% overdraft's been around a while, but now it says 'switch and we'll match your existing limit too'. It's a bribe worth taking, especially as after the year the rate rises to 5.9%, still the market's cheapest. Plus it offers £100 cash bribes via a refer-a-friend scheme and a linked 10% regular savings account. View/Apply: A&L current account* Updated Article: Best Current Account

New cheapest: 5p per minute to call mobiles
Discount calls provider call18185 now charges 5p/min to call mobiles mid-week, undercutting previous cheapest call1899's 10p/min. My suspicion is it's a temporary loss leader to get more people to open accounts. No problem as it has no monthly fee – so milk it while it lasts. Updated Article UK's Cheapest Home Phones Provider

Urgent! Top loan for less than perfect credit scorers
Most lenders quote a ‘typical' rate when offering a loan – meaning many customers actually get a higher rate. Yet a few lenders say: “This is the rate you will absolutely, definitely get, we promise”. Skipton BS has temporarily launched one at 6.5%, the cheapest available (exclusively to commercial price comparison site Moneysupermarket). Loans £5k to £6,999*, Loans £7k plus* Top 'Typical' Rate: Northern Rock 5.7%* Better still, read: Best Personal Loans Related Article: Cut the Cost of Existing Loans

The Great 'What not to buy at Lidl, Aldi, and Netto' Hunt
These three supermarkets are massively cheaper than the mainstream supermarkets, yet there's a snobbery about using them. To help others save, this hunt is for both 'what' and 'what not to' buy at Lidl, Aldi and Netto. New top paying 5.25% instant access savings
Cahoot*'s raised its instant access savings rate to a whopping 5.25%. The catch is that you need over £15,000 stashed away and it's a bonus rate which drops after six months. It's great for savings tarts, though for those wanting no tricks and still 5.15%, go for ICICI* Updated Article: Instant Access Savings

MPs are you reading this? Teachers are missing out on £1000s - do something!
I know many MPs get this e-mail so let me be plain. I recently wrote an article on childcare vouchers which let parents reclaim possibly £1000s a year tax back on childcare costs. Yet an anomaly means no state sector teachers are allowed to do this. Please do something about it - feel free to contact me, I'll also be sending out an email. The end is near for disgraceful 0870 numbers
0870 numbers hideously cost as much as eight times normal calls, even though they're called National Rate. Thankfully, communications industry regulator Ofcom revised original proposals to address consumers' concerns, and they look good. More Info Article: Say No to 0870

Enough already! If you have a voucher and haven't opened a CTF sort it!
I've said this before, but it seems people still aren't responding. If you've got a Child Trust Fund voucher and haven't opened an account you're throwing your child's money away.
