New cheaper way to call 0870s
Calling 0870 or 0845 numbers is often hideously expensive and they're rarely included in any free calls allocation. First see if there's an alternative normal number available (read the SayNoTo0870 article). If not, telecoms provider 18185 has just cut its 0870 calling costs evenings & weekends, and can be accessed without charging your main home phone provider, as you just dial the prefix number. All parents of children under four have or have had at least £250 to deposit in a Child Trust Fund (CTF).
