Show your 2026 medal when dining in at selected restaurants

Running a marathon this year? Show your 2026 medal when you dine in at selected The Real Greek restaurants and you can get a free Souvlaki Grill Plate (usually about £13.50) when you dine-in.

This isn't limited to just the London Marathon. Below are the eligible marathons and dates you can claim the freebie in the restaurant of the relevant city:

• Manchester Marathon – claim at Trafford Centre or Corn Exchange until Wednesday 22 April

• London Marathon – claim at all London restaurants on Sunday 26 April (marathon day) until Wednesday 29 April

• Southampton Marathon – claim at Westquay Shopping Centre on Sunday 3 May (marathon day) until Wednesday 7 May

• Edinburgh Marathon – claim at St. James Quarter Shopping Centre on Sunday 24 May (marathon day) until Wednesday 27 May

You don’t have to buy anything – this is a total freebie. 

The Souvlaki Grill Plate includes one of the following: Loukaniko pork sausage, chicken, pork belly, courgette fritters, halloumi, grilled aubergine or lamb meatballs served with chips or rice, Tzatziki, Greek salad and warm Greek flatbread.

The deal cannot be combined with any other promotion or offer, and no drinks are included.

Show proof of marathon completion (medal, ID, or official results) to claim

Show proof of London Marathon 2026 completion (medal, ID, or official results) to claim a free drink at 128 participating Greene King pubs in London (see participating pubs). The offer runs from midday until 11pm on Sunday 26 April (marathon day) only.

You'll be able to claim one of the following drinks:

• Beefeater London Dry (25ml) with Fever Tree mixer

• Aperol Spritz

• Pimm's

• Pint of Aspall

• 125ml glass Mirabeau Classic Rose

• Pint of Peroni Nastro Azzurro

• Clean Blood Orange Spritz

• Level Head IPA

• Hazy Day

• Soft drinks including Coca-Cola Original, Diet Coke, Coca-Cola Zero, Schweppes Lemonade

The price of drinks can differ depending on location, however soft drinks tend to start from £3.50 while an Aperol Spritz can cost up to £12.50.

Show your 2026 medal and purchase a main meal to claim

Show your 2026 London Marathon medal when you dine in at The Ivy Collection venues in London (find your nearest), and you can get a glass of The Ivy Cuvée Champagne for free (normally from £13.85) with the purchase of a main meal on Sunday 26 April (marathon day) only.

Show your race bib at the ticket gate

Save your legs and your money on marathon day... London Marathon runners can travel for free on Transport for London (TfL) services including the Underground and Overground, the DLR, Elizabeth line and London buses when you show your race bib or medal to staff at the ticket barriers.

The free travel is valid on Sunday 26 April only.

You can also get free travel on some parts of the Southeastern rail service in the morning only to get to the start areas. Again, just show your race number at the ticket gate.

You'll still need a valid train ticket into London and for the rest of the day after the marathon.

Show your 2026 medal to claim

If you complete either the 2026 London or Leeds Marathon, you can claim a pint of Jubel beer at BOX Bar on Sunday 26 April (for London) or Sunday 10 May (for Leeds) – just show your medal to claim.

This offer's available at BOX Piccadilly for London and BOX Leeds City Centre on the respective dates. You won't be able to claim at any other of its bars.

A pint of Jubel normally costs £6.40. There's no minimum spend, so you can just get the drink if that's all you want. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount. Please be Drinkaware.

Show your 2026 medal to claim

If you complete the 2026 London Marathon, you can get a totally free pint of beer or a Margarita cocktail at selected Grind restaurants on Sunday 26 April only – just show your medal to claim.

This is available at the following London locations: London Bridge, Greenwich, Shoreditch, and Liverpool Street.

A pint of beer normally costs from £6.26, while a Margarita costs from £13.50. This is a total freebie, there's no minimum spend required, so you can just get the free drink if that's all you want. Please be Drinkaware.

Show your 2026 medal to claim

If you complete the 2026 London Marathon, you can get a totally free pint of BrewDog 'Cold Beer' at four of its London venues on Sunday 26 April only (marathon day). It's valid at Canary Wharf, Seven Dials, Tower Hill Outpost, and Waterloo bars (find your nearest).

You can only claim one pint of 'Cold Beer' (this is the name of the BrewDog craft lager, though we hope it'll be cold too!) and this normally costs £6 to £7. There's no minimum spend required, so you can just get the beer if that's all you want.

Show your 2026 medal and purchase a main meal to claim

Show your 2026 London Marathon medal and dine in with another non-medal guest purchasing a main dish or set menu at any Côte Brasserie restaurant (find your nearest) to get a free burger and fries on Sunday 26 April and Monday 27 April.

You'll be able to claim either the Côte or Fable burger, both served with fries, that would normally cost £17.50.

You can't get this deal alongside any other offers or discounts.

Show your 2026 medal or volunteer pass and purchase a drink

If you volunteer at or complete either the 2026 London or Manchester Marathon, you can get a free burger when you dine in at selected Bill's restaurants (find your nearest) on Sunday 19 April (for Manchester) and Sunday 26 April (for London) – just show your medal or volunteer pass and purchased a drink.

This offer's available at the following London restaurants: London Bridge, Covent Garden, Greenwich, Kingston, Richmond, Wimbledon, Baker Street, Victoria, Soho and Westfield Stratford. For Manchester, it's Spinningfields and Trafford.

The freebie's available when you dine-in, and you can choose from the Bill’s Classic Burger, BBQ Bourbon Burger, Buttermilk Chicken Burger, Dirty Vegan Burger and Halloumi Burger (a burger would normally cost £15.95 to £18.50). Soft drinks normally cost from £3.75.

There's no minimum spend, so you can just get the burger if that's all you want. Bill's advises you book a table, but walk-ins are welcome too. The Buttermilk Ranch Burger Tray is not included in the offer. Substitution for an alternative meal selection is not allowed, and you can't use this offer alongside any other offer or discount code.

When another main meal is purchased. Show your 2026 medal to claim

If you complete any of the following marathons: Manchester, London, Leeds or Edinburgh you can get a free steak when you dine in with at least one paying customer at a Gaucho restaurant. To claim, you'll need to show your 2026 medal on race day or in the four days afterwards at the following locations:

• Manchester on Sunday 19 April until Thursday 23 April

• London (any of its 11 restaurants) on Sunday 26 April until Thursday 30 April

• Leeds on Sunday 10 May until Thursday 14 May

• Edinburgh on Sunday 24 May until Thursday 28 May

You'll be able to choose from one of the following signature cuts:

• 300g Sirloin – normally £37

• 300g Ribeye – normally £39.75

• 200g or 300g Rump – normally up to £28

• 200g Fillet – normally £39.50

One main meal must be ordered per person, excluding medal holders, to redeem the free steak. This deal isn't available alongside any other offers or discounts, and isn't available on any set menus. If you're booking a table ahead, Gaucho advises to quote MARATHON.

Running a marathon this year? Show your 2026 medal when you dine in at selected Franco Manca pizzerias (find your nearest), and you can get any pizza from its main menu and specials board for FREE (normally £7.95 to £14.25).

If you complete the 2026 London Marathon, you can get a totally free main meal when you dine in at any Chipotle restaurant (find your nearest) on Sunday 26 or Monday 27 April only – just show your medal to claim.

This offer's available at all 18 London restaurants from opening until closing time both days.

Chipotle told us a main meal would normally cost up to £13, and there's no minimum spend required either, so you can just get the free meal if that's all you want.

Show your 2026 medal to claim in-store

If you complete the 2026 London Marathon, you can get two items totally free from Lush at four London stores on Sunday 26 April only when showing your 2026 marathon medal.

You'll be able to claim both of these items:

• The Good Hour shower jelly (110g) – normally £9

• Ouchy magnesium massage balm (45g) – not usually sold, but similar products normally cost from £12

Claim the freebies at the following four London stores only: Oxford Street, Covent Garden, Victoria Station and Paddington Station. You won't be able to claim these freebies elsewhere.

You won't need to buy anything else if you don't want to – you can just claim both these free items if that's all you want. This is limited to one massage balm and shower jelly per person.
