When signing up to its app and buying a main meal

If you download the free TGI Fridays Rewards app for iOS or Android and use it to register for its loyalty scheme, you'll get a 'free' dessert on your birthday when ordering a main meal.

A main normally costs about £11 to £25, while a dessert costs about £7, which means this is only a good deal if you planned on dining there anyway.

You'll need to sign up more than seven days before your birthday to be eligible for the reward. This offer excludes Northern Ireland locations. See full T&Cs.

Via Stripes Rewards app, when an adult buys a main

If you dine in at a TGI Fridays restaurant (find your nearest) during the summer holidays, children aged 12 and under can eat for free if you're signed up to its Stripes Rewards app and purchase a full-price adult main meal. The TGI Fridays Rewards app is available for free on iPhone and Android.

This offer is on until Sunday 6 September.

This offer is available for new and existing members of the Rewards app. You'll need to select the 'kids eat free' deal found in the app, tap redeem and a code will appear. Show this code to your server when ordering.

Kids will be able to get dishes from either the 'Little League' or 'Major League' section of the TGI Fridays’ kids’ menu which includes chicken tenders or a hot dog which would usually cost £5.65 to £8.20 depending on your location. Or, you can get a free kids' breakfast if an adult breakfast is ordered.

This offer is available at all UK TGI Fridays restaurants, excluding Northern Ireland, and can only be used when dining in (not available for click & collect or delivery). You can get one free kids' meal for each full-price adult main meal purchased. You can't use this offer alongside other promotions.

If you're picking up your exam results this summer, you can celebrate with a 'free' main meal at TGI Fridays. You'll need to dine in with someone who orders a full-price adult main, show your 2025 exam results, and say the magic words: 'grads eat free'.

Although results day will differ depending on whether you're picking up your GCSEs, NQs or A-levels, you can claim this freebie on Sundays to Thursdays throughout August (as long as you have your results to hand). The last day you can claim this offer is Thursday 28 August.

You can get any main course from the following parts of the menu as your free meal: Bangin’ Burgers, Signature Stacks or Fridays Favourites. It does not include items from the Hot Off The Grill section. Mains usually cost £16 to £20.

You can only use this deal once during the redemption period. It's not available for click & collect, delivery or takeaway orders.
