Compare The Market customers to get 2for1 restaurant deals for a YEAR via Meerkat Movies

How will Meerkat Meals work?

If you're a new or existing Compare The Market customer, you'll be able to use the Meerkat app to enjoy 2for1 starters, mains and desserts, every Sunday to Thursday for a whole year, if you buy or get certain products.

As with most 2for1 deals, you'll always get the cheaper meal free - drinks and kids meals aren't included.

Thousands of independent restaurants are signed up to the scheme, which is run by Tastecard, as well as chains such as Pizza Hut, Prezzo, Giraffe, Ask, Zizzi, Handmade Burger Co and Strada.

You'll be eligible for Meerkat Meals if:

• You purchase of any of the following insurance – car, motorcycle, van, contents and/or buildings, pet, life, landlord or travel insurance

• You switch any of the following – domestic energy (gas and/or electric), broadband, home telephone or digital TV

• You successfully apply for – a credit card or loan or mobile phone contract

Of course, don't apply for one of the above just to get the deal if you don't need it or it isn't right for you. If the scheme works in the same way as Meerkat Movies, you'll be able to get it even if you only spend a few pounds.

If you do become a Compare The Market customer before 16 July you'll get access to Meerkat Movies straight away and Meerkat Meals from 16 July, for a year from the date that you get your product - if you do it after this date, you'll get access to both straight away.
