Whether it's down to customer behaviour, cost-cutting or both, banks are closing branches left, right and centre. This month alone, Barclays has said it will close another 30 branches. So this week, we wanted to know when you last used your main bank's branch.

Every six months, we ask for your help to track the quality of customer service provided by banks. By comparing your answers with last time, we can see which have got better or worse. Please vote based on CUSTOMER SERVICE for your main CURRENT ACCOUNT over the last SIX MONTHS. Ignore rates or any other products, and service if it's more than six months old.

Holidays have been back on the agenda this year for many, with most travel restrictions now dropped. But with the cost of living increasing, many people might be deciding to spend less, or stay closer to home. So this week, we want to know if you've got a summer getaway booked and, if you have, whether you've spent more or less than you typically would?

With more of us shopping online, parcel delivery firms are playing an increasingly important role in many people's lives – and of course they've been under intense pressure lately, particularly in the run-up to Christmas. So it's time for our 10th annual poll to check how couriers are doing, and to find out which have been really delivering...

We want to find out how each provider rates for service (how it treats you) and coverage (how strong the signal is when you need it). In truth, there are only four main networks providing signals – the rest use these, but under their own brands. Please rate the firm that provides your mobile phone bill (if you've switched networks recently, please rate the provider you were with the longest over the last year).

It's Christmas, so for this week's poll, we're forgetting money and going for a bit of fun. We've selected some festive films and we want you to tell us which is your favourite.

Credit cards are like fire. Used right they're a useful tool, but get it wrong and they burn. Many use them to collect points or cashback on spending they'd do anyway, but for others they're just another debt that needs to be paid. So this week, we want to know if you have a credit card and if so, whether you've debt on it and how much?

An easy-access savings account allows you to deposit and (perhaps more importantly) withdraw whenever you like. But, with rates often lower than for fixed savings accounts, where your money's locked away for a set period, we wondered how often you're taking advantage of the 'access' element of your easy-access account.
