Chris specialises in broadband, energy and mobiles, bringing a wealth of expertise to MoneySavingExpert, which he joined in August 2016. Initially supporting users of Credit Club and Cheap Energy Club, he has since progressed to become the Utilities Assistant Editor. In this role, he's covered key topics such as the Energy Price Cap, mobile roaming, the 3G network switch-off, and Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) broadband. Chris has also contributed to the development of useful tools, including the Energy Price Cap Calculator, Cheap Mobile Finder and the revamped Broadband Comparison Tool.

Before relocating to London, Chris volunteered with Citizens Advice and the Trussell Trust, experiences that reflect his commitment to helping others – a passion he continues at MSE.

In his free time, Chris is often found cycling, enjoying the sense of freedom it brings. He also has a love for good food, coffee and aperitifs, and capturing everyday London scenes through his photography.
