Flybe 20% off code
MSE Blagged code works on the flight only
We've landed a good one here! From Wed 26 Nov (00.01am) until Tue 2 Dec (11.59pm) go via this Flybe.com* link (the MSE Blagged MSE20 code is auto-filled) to get 20% off almost all flight routes for travel between Wed 7 Jan to Sat 28 Mar. The only exceptions are the specific routes between Newcastle/Aberdeen and Paris Charles de Gaulle.
It works on the flight only on Flybe’s 'Just Fly' (just bums on seats) and 'Get More' (hold luggage, seat reservations etc) price options. You get the discount on all taxes and charges for the flights, but not optional extras like hold baggage and PayPal/credit card fees.
How good is this deal?
It's a blanket discount code which you rarely see on flights and we haven't seen this before from Flybe. It offers routes from regional UK airports that other airlines don't, so this might be handy for where you live.
On routes where you can go via other airlines too we found depending on the flight, the code at Flybe.com can match prices, beat them or cost more - so it's a case-by-case decision on whether this code gets you the cheapest flight.
Here's how to use the code most effectively
Step 1. Check the price
If you know the flights you want, go via this Flybe.com* link and check the price.
Step 2. Do a quick comparison
Once you've found the price, do a quick comparison on Skyscanner*. Provided the flight isn't more than 20% cheaper elsewhere, you can save with the code. Read the full Cheap Flights guide for lots of price-cutting techniques.
Step 3. If it's cheapest, use the code
To get 20% off, go back to Flybe.com and complete the booking.
Can't be used in conjunction with ADS (Air Discount Scheme) bookings. If you pay by credit card or PayPal you'll pay a 3% fee of the total amount of the booking (minimum charge £5). Debit cards are free. Maximum eight people per booking.
Tickets are non-refundable. You can change your booking but fees may apply - you'll also need to pay the difference in fare and the code can't be used against the price of the new flight. If the new flight costs less than the original, you won't get a refund of the difference.
