London's clean air 'ULEZ' to be extended today – how to check if you'll be charged £12.50 a trip

The Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) is expanding in London from 25 October. Drivers will have to pay a congestion charge when travelling from central London to create a single, larger zone up to the North Circular Road (A406) and South Circular Road (A205).
