Tesco Bank customers will no longer earn interest on their current accounts from September.

Clubcard vouchers which are set to expire this month will now be valid until November due to the coronavirus situation – while customers who have converted vouchers into rewards already have been given more time to use their codes. 

Tesco Clubcard customers can now use vouchers to buy or reduce the cost of new pay-monthly phones with Tesco Mobile.

Tesco's popular Clubcard offer with train-booking website RedSpottedHanky has been suspended for the second time, with just a few weeks to go until it's set to be scrapped for good – and there's no clear timeframe on when it will be back. 

Tesco Bank has been fined £16.4 million by the financial regulator after failing to protect customers from a "largely avoidable" cyber-attack in November 2016.

Tesco has begun trialling in-store recycling machines which will pay customers 10p for every plastic bottle returned.

Tesco is scrapping its Brand Guarantee promise next month as it claims many customers are not benefitting from it.

Tesco Bank customers have been unable to access their mobile or internet banking since this morning.

Tesco Direct - the store's online shop for non-food items such as clothing and homeware - will close in July.
