How often do you use cash?

During the pandemic we saw a decline in the use of cash, with people favouring other methods of payment, such as contactless. However, it seems more people are turning back to cash as a way to keep tighter control of their spending in the wake of the cost of living crisis, according to new research from the Post Office. We want to find out how cashless our society is now, and whether people are using cash more or less than they were six months ago.

Have you got a summer holiday booked or have you already been on one?

Holidays have been back on the agenda this year for many, with most travel restrictions now dropped. But many trips have been beset by delays. So this week, we want to know if you've got a summer getaway booked or, if you've had one, was it disrupted at all.

When did you last check your credit report?

Your credit report can strongly influence whether you get a particular mortgage, credit card deal, mobile phone contract or cheap energy tariff, and sometimes even the rate you get. Even a small error on your report at credit reference agencies Experian, Equifax or TransUnion can cause havoc – but when did you last check yours? How do you rate your bank account's service?

Every six months, we ask for your help to track the quality of customer service provided by banks. By comparing your answers with last time, we can see which have got better or worse. Please vote based on CUSTOMER SERVICE for your main CURRENT ACCOUNT over the last SIX MONTHS. Ignore rates or any other products, and service if it's more than six months old.

Are you on the energy price cap or have you fixed?

With the energy market in crisis, usual switching habits have been turned on their head in the past year, so this week, we want to know whether you're on a fix or standard variable tariff.
