Appeal Court 'Charges can be unfair'

A massive victory for bank charges reclaiming, as the Court of Appeal agrees charges can be subject to 'unfair contractual terms' laws. It's confirmed the High Court's decision of April 08. Now all that's left is for the OFT to decide whether charges ARE unfair.
