Barclays online and telephone banking down

The bank confirmed there were problems around noon today and says it doesn't have a timescale on when the issues will be fixed.
Customers began reporting being locked out of their accounts on social media at around 10am this morning and have continued to do so for the past couple of hours.

Online and telephone banking services are completely down at the moment, so you can't use them.
Barclays says the majority of services on its app are working, but some features aren't – for example, you won't be able to change personal details such as your address.
In branch, you won't be able to make payments to others and while you can deposit cash, it might not appear in your bank account straight away.
