To be clear: this ISN'T an advert, we AREN'T behind it, and we've reported it to X to investigate.

If you've got a Tesco Clubcard, urgently check if you have any vouchers that are due to expire, as £17 million worth will run out by the end of today (Friday 31 May). In addition, more than £27 million in 'Reward Partner' codes – vouchers that have been exchanged to spend at various third-party retailers – are set to expire over the next two weeks.

MoneySavingExpert.com founder Martin Lewis has grilled the Chancellor Jeremy Hunt on whether he'll fix the Carer's Allowance "cliff-edge" that causes people to lose their entitlement when they earn just a penny over the threshold. The interview took place just before the general election was called last week.

If you took out a broadband, landline, mobile or TV plan with EE or Plusnet since 17 June 2022 but left your contract early and got charged exit fees, you may now be due a refund. Others who are still with EE and Plusnet may also be offered the chance to leave their contracts penalty-free. It comes after the firms failed to give 1.1 million customers key information about their contracts when they signed up.

Financial education should be taught on a compulsory basis in both primary and secondary schools in England, a cross-party group of MPs have finally said. MoneySavingExpert.com founder Martin Lewis has welcomed the Education Committee's new report – which has put forward many of his proposals – arguing that every child deserves to be properly equipped for independent financial life.

If you pay for a Spotify 'Individual', 'Duo' or 'Family' subscription and don't mind giving up audiobooks, you can now save up to £24 a year by switching to one of its new 'Basic' plans. These don't have audiobooks but cost £1 to £2 a month less and let you keep all your other benefits, such as ad-free listening, downloads and high-quality audio – though only existing subscribers can access them for now.

If you have a Tesco Clubcard, you may be able to earn up to £50 in bonus points from Monday 20 May, as the supermarket is trialling a limited new promotion called 'Clubcard Challenges' for some shoppers. If invited, you'll be able to earn the extra points by hitting certain personalised targets on your spending.
