Free Legal Trick to wipe out debts? IT DOESN'T EXIST! As if the TV adverts weren’t enough, it seems now cold callers are leaving voicemail messages saying something akin to “want a free, legal, trick to wipe out debts with a little known government loophole?” If you get one of these, don’t believe it and don’t call back!

It’s a cut down form of bankruptcy. What they’re trying to flog you is a cut down version of bankruptcy called an Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA). These are often hard sold, as they can make the arranger £5,000 plus. Sadly some who just have mild debts which they can repay are misled. For others in debt-crisis, they may be a good solution, yet even then be careful. For more info read the Free PDF IVA Guide and Problem Debt Guide.

The easy way to be a millionaire

Being a millionaire doesn’t mean you’re rich. The easy way is to convert £55 into 1,000,000 Iranian Rials or Indonesian Rupiah, or £31 for a million Vietnamese Dong. Sadly Zimbabwe's terrible turmoil has caused hyperinflation, meaning it’d cost only 0.012p for a million of its Dollars.

The Ones Not To Miss

Find your best mortgage. New ‘broker plus’ technique to find the ultimate deal.
The nightmare of soaring rates and less availability is widely reported. My past solution’s been to use a whole-of-market broker to find the best deal. Sadly though, more lenders have stopped allowing brokers to access their deals, meaning you now need to use a broker, plus check some specific hot deals yourself. This is a totally rewritten, re-researched guide to getting the very best deal during the credit crunch. New Guide: Free Mortgage Advice Related Guides: Remortgage Guide, Mortgage Guide

WARNING! You may be liable for bank fraud without updated anti-virus & spyware.
The Banking Code’s long stated those using any bank facilities online should “use up-to-date anti-virus and spyware software and a personal firewall.” Yet the Guardian’s just spotted that added in March was “If you act without reasonable care, and this causes losses, you may be responsible for them”, which then uses the anti-virus bit as an example. The British Bankers' Association says this was a clarification, yet it’s a salutary warning. Ensure you're protected; free professional versions of these types of software are available online. Top Mobile Deal. 1,400 mins & unlimited texts £30/month… great as a negotiating chip.
A big market-leading 1,400 cross-network anytime minutes, plus unlimited texts for £30/month is currently available as a Sim-only T-mobile* deal, plus you can quit the contract with just a month’s notice. It’s a good deal in itself, but more importantly if you’re near the end of your mobile contract on any network, it’s a great negotiating chip to say “beat this deal”. For how to do that read the Guide: Mobile Contract Haggling. To compare it to other deals read the Full Guide: Cheapest Mobiles Related Articles: Unlock Your Mobile, Cheapest Calls to Mobiles
