Tesco Bank customers have been unable to access their mobile or internet banking since this morning.
Update 3pm: Tesco Bank now says its services are "working as normal".
Scores of Tesco Bank customers have posted on social media since 10.30am this morning to say they haven't been able to access their accounts.
The bank is telling customers on social media that it doesn't have a timescale on how long the issues will last but that it's looking to resolve them "as quickly as possible."
Tesco Bank says cards should be working as normal and that if you need to make payments you can still do so by contacting its customer service team on 0345 835 3353.
