Giffgaff customers 'can't top up' due to website issues
Customers of mobile network Giffgaff say they've been left unable to top up their phones this morning due to issues with the company's website and app.

Users have been complaining about not being able to access the operator's website and app – which many use to buy credit – since about 7am, though Giffgaff says the problems started around 9am.
The network has apologised on social media and says it's working hard to fix the issues as soon as possible. It has set up a help page, which includes how to top up by making a phone call instead.
