Amazon Logistics has been ranked as the top parcel delivery firm for the first time in an annual poll of MoneySavingExpert.com (MSE) users. It comes after another challenging year for firms providing essential services amid the continuing pandemic. But you should still complain to retailers to get them to apply pressure on delivery firms when they fail to deliver.

Challenger bank Monzo has taken the crown in our latest banking customer service poll – knocking First Direct off the top spot for only the second time ever. 

First Direct has pipped Metro Bank to the post to top the latest official banking service league table, while RBS took the wooden spoon for the fourth time. 

MoneySavingExpert.com has scooped third place in YouGov's top brand rankings of 2018, coming out ahead of Lidl, Ikea and BBC iPlayer.

The results of our latest 'Love or Loathe' poll are in, showing MoneySavers' favourite brands – as well as those they wouldn't touch with a bargepole. MoneySavers have remained firm fans of Aldi, Amazon and John Lewis, which all also  swept the board in our last poll in 2016. And factoring in both 'love' and 'loathe' votes, Wilko was the most popular brand, with 94% of those voting for it positive about the store. At other end of the spectrum, Apple and Currys/PC World continue to be loathed by many readers. House of Fraser, which has been embroiled in controversy since it went into administration in August, has seen a spike in criticism, while Sports Direct – which bought House of Fraser – is apparently MoneySavers' most-loathed brand.
