Shoppers can now get legally binding decisions on complaints from Ombudsman Services if they get nowhere with the retailer itself, although they'll only be able to complain about members of the voluntary scheme.
Update: 18 May, 2.10pm: Mighty Deals says all customers have now had their redemption email. It hasn't however answered our questions about what went wrong over the weekend.
Mighty Deals admits it incorrectly told more than 1,600 shoppers they couldn't get a £10 Tesco voucher for £5 after it unsubscribed them from its service, which it says it did in error – just days after angering users over the same voucher offer.
Tesco Clubcard customers can double the value of their vouchers from Monday (18 May) to spend on 12 categories online and in-store, including gaming, travel and electricals.
Some Amazon shoppers report the minimum spend for free delivery increasing to £20, despite Amazon seemingly backtracking on plans to increase it from £10 last night.
Tesco shoppers should beware of buying or selling Clubcard vouchers, as this could result in their account or points being cancelled, MoneySavingExpert.com warns.
