When it comes to your money, loyalty doesn’t pay. The big bucks marketing spend goes on attracting new customers with deals; existing customers are often taken for granted. Then again, some stay out of ease, and because they like the service. So are you loyal, or a tart – disloyally switching to constantly bag the best deals? How long have you been with your current main provider for each of the following that are relevant..?

During the 2012 Olympics, retailers were given extended Sunday opening hours, boosting the economy. George Osborne's plans to change Sunday trading laws in England & Wales, with supermarkets and big retailers potentially allowed extended opening hours – were overruled by MPs. Of course for stores to be open, someone has to work at them. So what are your views? Please choose the closest option in the relevant categories:

Haggling’s a key tool in any MoneySaver’s arsenal – after all even a price tag is only an indicative mark – it’s not legally binding. Many succeed in haggling prices down from Sky to Tesco, the AA to John Lewis. Yet is haggling acceptable everywhere? Please vote in ALL the categories below on IS IT FAIR TO HAGGLE? Important: This isn’t about whether you do it, but whether you think it fair for anyone to.

Love is in the air… well maybe, it’s the week of Valentine's Day at least, so time for our traditional poll. Is it acceptable to use 2for1 restaurant vouchers on a first date? We ask this each year – let’s see if it’s changed (PS and yes we know in this day and age splitting the bill/the woman paying are more than valid options, but that’s a poll for another day)… Imagine Robert asks Cora (or Tom) to dinner on a first date, saying he’ll pay. When the bill comes, he pulls out a 2for1 voucher – what advice would you give Cora (or Tom)?

The cosmetic surgery industry is now big business, worth over £3 billion in the UK alone and it's starting to increase its advertising. So what surgery would you consider or have you had done? (Of course, some cosmetic surgery is a medical necessity, paid for by the NHS or insurance, so we're not talking about that.) Please select each time you have or would consider the treatment under the relevant category (PS, thanks to our Facebook users for suggesting options.)

Please rate your HOME PHONE and BROADBAND provider(s) on customer service (not price) over the past SIX MONTHS. Phone and broadband from the same provider? Rate each service separately.
