David Cameron's commits to payback of bank charges In the past he just said charges were unfair, now David Cameron's saying people must be compensated "quickly and fairly" and he'll consider automatic payback of all charges. A fortnight ago Lib Dem leader Nick Clegg spotted it, as he gets this email, and pledged a parliamentary motion on it (see Lib Dem pledge).
