Register with Frankie & Benny's Rewards to get a free meal (normally about £11-£18) when two or more main meals are purchased from the main, vegan, or gluten-free menu. It excludes the Ultimate mixed grill. The cheapest main will be free.

You can only use this offer for one person per table, so if you're celebrating more than one birthday you'll need to sit at different tables. You can't use this offer if you order from the Lunch, Event, Kids, Kids gluten-free or any other set menu.

No voucher is needed to claim, Frankie & Benny's told us you'll just need to let staff know at the point of ordering that you'd like to redeem this offer. It's valid from restaurant opening time until closing, though dates will vary depending on where you live:
Scotland – Monday 7 October until Sunday 20 October
England – Monday 21 October until Friday 1 November
Frankie & Benny's told us a kids' meal would usually cost up to £8.30, but this can differ depending on your location. You can get one kids' meal for each adult meal purchased, and this valid for up to six guests in total per table (including kids).
The adult mains must come from the main or gluten-free menus, while a kids' meal counts as any dish from the kids' menu. The code's not valid on the breakfast, set menu or event menus.
This offer can't be used alongside any other deal and it's not valid at Frankie & Benny’s airport locations, Covent Garden and Praed Street restaurant. This offer may not be valid at event restaurants, so Frankie & Benny's advises you call ahead and check if you want to redeem the offer at any of these (Wembley Designer Outlet, Cardiff St David’s, Greenwich O2, Sheffield Meadowhall, Oxford, Manchester Printworks, and Sheffield).

To celebrate Freshers Week, Frankie & Benny's is giving students a free Margherita pizza or Pepperoni pizza when purchasing a drink at most of its restaurants (find your nearest).
The deal runs all day from Monday to Thursday until closing time on Monday 30 September. You'll just need to purchase a drink and also show a valid student ID to get the 'free' pizza. There's no code or voucher needed, just tell staff you want to claim this deal when ordering.
Frankie & Benny's told us you can choose from cocktails, spirits, beers, wines, soft drinks, or shakes as your drink of choice – the cheapest drink to buy is a soft drink which normally cost from £3.20, so this is the most MoneySaving way of getting your pizza.
A margherita pizza would normally cost from £10.95, while a pepperoni pizza would normally cost from £12.95.
This offer is valid at most restaurants but does exclude airport locations and Praed Street. This offer may not be valid on event days, so Frankie & Benny's advises you call ahead if you want to dine in at any of its event restaurants which are Wembley Designer Outlet, Cardiff St David’s, Greenwich O2, Sheffield Meadowhall, Oxford, Manchester Printworks, and Sheffield.
You can only claim this deal once a day during the redemption dates.
