NHS staff can get 20% off their food bill at Frankie & Benny's (find your nearest) when dining in. Simply purchase at least two meals from the main, vegan, or gluten-free menus, and show a valid ID card.
One ID card can be used for up to a group of six people, and the offer's available every day of the week except Sundays, and it's not valid from 7pm until closing on Mondays to Fridays. There are also some excluded locations and menu items – see 'More info' below.

Register with Frankie & Benny's Rewards to get a free meal (normally about £9-£15) when two or more main meals are purchased from the main, vegan, or gluten-free menu. It excludes the Ultimate mixed grill. The cheapest main will be free.
A voucher will be emailed to you 10 days before your birthday (so be sure to sign up in advance), which you can print or show on your smartphone, and will be valid for 30 days from the date of the email. It should also appear in your app.

This is a total freebie with no minimum spend required. Frankie & Benny's told us the pizza would usually cost £10.90 while the Coca-Cola usually costs £3.40, so you're saving around £14.
This offer is valid from opening time until restaurants close on Thursday 24 August, and is dine-in only. It's valid at all restaurants nationwide, though you won't be able to claim this deal at Frankie & Benny’s restaurants in airport locations. This offer is only valid on the Margherita pizza and won’t work on any other pizzas on the menu.

When you sign up to the newsletter and purchase an adult main meal
ExpiredIf you sign up to the Frankie & Benny's newsletter and purchase an adult main meal this half term, kids can eat for free when dining in at the restaurant (find your nearest).
This offer is valid Mondays to Thursdays only from 11am or midday (depending on whether your local restaurant serves breakfast or not – so if your nearest location doesn't serve breakfast you can get this deal from 11am) until closing time, from Monday 13 February until Thursday 23 February.
Frankie & Benny's told us a kids' meal would usually cost from £7.99, but this can differ depending on your location.
How to claim the free main meal
Once you've signed up to the newsletter, you'll be sent a QR code which must be shown on your phone or tablet in the restaurant. The QR code can only be used once. You can get one kids' meal for each adult meal purchased, and there's no limit to how many can be claimed per table.
The adult mains must come from the main or gluten-free menus, while a kids' meal counts as any dish from the kids' menu. The code's not valid on the breakfast, set menu or event menus.
This offer can't be used alongside any other deal and it's not valid at Frankie & Benny’s airport locations or the Praed Street restaurant.
It also may not be valid in event restaurants on event days. Event restaurants include: Wembley Designer Outlet, Cardiff St David’s, Greenwich O2, Burleigh House, Sheffield Meadowhall, Oxford, Manchester Printworks and Sheffield. Frankie & Benny's suggests you call ahead and check if you want to redeem this deal at these locations.

'Section 75' of the Consumer Credit Act means your plastic must protect anything you buy for more than £100 for free, so if there's a problem or the company goes bust, you can still get your money back.
