If you dine in at a Las Iguanas restaurant (find your nearest) during the summer holidays, children aged 12 and under can eat for free when you purchase a full-price adult main meal and show the 'perk' within its app (free to download on Apple and Android).

This offer is valid all day until restaurant closing time during the summer holidays until Saturday 5 September.

Kids will be able to get a main, two sides and a dessert with every adult meal ordered.

This offer is available at all Las Iguanas restaurants, but excludes event days at event restaurants including: Cardiff Mill lane, The O2, Resorts Word, Wembley, Royal Festival Hall, Brindley Place, Cardiff Mermaid Quays. It's not valid at airport locations or at Las Iguanas Center Parcs either.

It can only be used when eating in store (not available for click & collect or delivery). You can get one free kids' meal for each full-price adult main meal purchased. You can't use this offer alongside other promotions. This is an app only deal.

Sign up to Las Iguanas rewards mailing list and you can get one free adult main meal (normally about £10 to £18) around your birthday when at least one other adult main meal is purchased at full-price.

You'll be sent a unique discount code 14 days before your birthday, which you will need to show to a member of staff when you dine. Each code is valid for 30 days from receiving your email.

New subscribers will also get £10 off when spending £30 or more, but this cannot be redeemed at the same time as the 'free' birthday main.

When you buy a main and claim a code online

If you're picking up your GCSE results this week, you can celebrate with a free starter and dessert at most Las Iguanas (find your nearest) when you sign up for a voucher, purchase a main meal, and show proof of your 2026 results.

You'll need to sign up for a voucher, then show this to staff alongside your results on GCSE results day (Thursday 20 August), and order a main meal. Plus, any guests you dine with can also claim a free starter and dessert for themselves, even if they haven't sat any exams (they'll also just need to purchase a main).

The offer is available for tables of up to six guests, making it ideal for students celebrating with family or friends. It's valid at all Las Iguanas restaurants excluding Centre Parcs locations.

You can't use this deal alongside any other set menu, discount, or voucher.

If you pre-book at Las Iguanas, you can get bottomless tapas from £17 per person until Friday 30 January. The offer is dine-in only, available on Sunday to Friday.

You can book for a maximum of six people per table, and everyone at the table must participate. The last bookable slot is 5pm on Fridays.

You have a 90-minute session, which is not extendable for late arrivals. A maximum of three dishes per two people will be served at one time. Sides and desserts are not bottomless.

Tapas dishes normally cost £5 to £10 depending on the location, so if you've got the stomach for it, you can save a decent amount with this offer, providing you can eat at least a few dishes.

The offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer, voucher, discount or set menu, apart from selected ‘2 for’ drinks offers.

It's not available on selected days at event locations including but not limited to: Cardiff Mill Lane, The O2, Resorts World, Wembley, Royal Festival Hall, Brindley Place and Cardiff Mermaid Quay. The offer is also not available at Las Iguanas Center Parcs and airport locations.
