ExpiredSmartphone users can get a free Bear fruit yo yo fruit roll up via the O2 Priority app. Simply choose any of its four flavours (subject to availability) and show the code from the app to staff at the checkout.
It's due to last until Sat 8 Oct, but could end before if all the codes run out. O2 wasn't able to tell us exactly how many codes are left, but offers like this can run out very quickly - so you'll need to go quick if you want this.
How to get itIf you're on O2 and you haven't got the app already, you can download it for free from Apple's App Store, Google Play for Android or Microsoft's Windows store. Open the app, search for Lloyds and the offer (and your nearest participating store) should appear.
Once you redeem the offer, it'll give you a unique code which you need to show on your smartphone in-store. Wait until you're at the checkout and have the snack in your hand before selecting the 'use it now' option as your code will expire after five minutes.

There's a little-known piece of legislation that turns any credit card into a financial self-defence superhero. 'Section 75' of the Consumer Credit Act means your plastic must protect anything you buy for more than £100 for free, so if there's a problem or the company goes bust, you can still get your money back.
And although Section 75 doesn't apply to debit cards, there is something else to fall back on if you've paid using a debit card, or used a credit card for a purchase under £100.
