Running a marathon this year? Show your 2026 medal when you dine in at selected The Real Greek restaurants and you can get a free Souvlaki Grill Plate (usually about £13.50) when you dine-in.

This isn't limited to just the London Marathon. Below are the eligible marathons and dates you can claim the freebie in the restaurant of the relevant city:

Manchester Marathon – claim at Trafford Centre or Corn Exchange until Wednesday 22 April
London Marathon – claim at all London restaurants on Sunday 26 April (marathon day) until Wednesday 29 April
Southampton Marathon – claim at Westquay Shopping Centre on Sunday 3 May (marathon day) until Wednesday 7 May
Edinburgh Marathon – claim at St. James Quarter Shopping Centre on Sunday 24 May (marathon day) until Wednesday 27 May

You don’t have to buy anything – this is a total freebie.

The Souvlaki Grill Plate includes one of the following: Loukaniko pork sausage, chicken, pork belly, courgette fritters, halloumi, grilled aubergine or lamb meatballs served with chips or rice, Tzatziki, Greek salad and warm Greek flatbread.

The deal cannot be combined with any other promotion or offer, and no drinks are included.

When an adult spends £15

If you dine in at any The Real Greek restaurant (find your nearest) on a Sunday, you can get one free kids' meal for each adult spending £15 or more. The £15 spend is valid across all menu items, including drinks.

This deal applies all times of the day, on Sundays only.

No code is required, the promotion is automatically applied to the bill. The free kids' meal includes a main (choose from a souvlaki wrap or a meze selection), a drink and an ice cream or sorbet dessert. A kids' meal would usually cost £7.

Children must be under 12 and this can't be used with any other offer or promotion. One free kids' meal per adult spending £15.

Register online at The Real Greek to get a voucher for £5 Souvlaki – a £4 saving on the normal £9 cost – when you dine in any day until Friday 31 January.

The deal is available at any of the chain's restaurants, and you'll just need to present your email voucher before ordering. When we checked the menu, a Souvlaki consisted of warm flatbread filled with chips, tomatoes, red onion, paprika, and your choice of:

Loukaniko sausage with Greek mustard mayo
Grilled pork with tzatziki
Grilled chicken with your choice of tzatziki or Greek mustard mayo
Lamb meatballs with minted yoghurt
Halloumi with minted yoghurt
Falafel with tahini (vegan)

It's worth noting that an optional 10% service charge is applied to your bill.
