How do you rate your bank account's service?

Every six months we ask for your help to track the quality of customer service provided by the big banks. Do you rave about it or are you more than a little bit disgruntled? By comparing your answers with last time, we can see which have got better or worse. So, please vote based on CUSTOMER SERVICE for your main CURRENT account over the last SIX MONTHS. Ignore rates or any other products, or service if it's more than six months old.

What’s your main way of spending when abroad?

School’s out for summer and many of you will be heading abroad to catch some rays. We want to know your primary way of spending (including getting cash) when in foreign climes. If you use a combination of methods, try to pick the one you use most often…

How do you rate your broadband provider?

We can tell you which the cheapest providers are, but to find out if their customer service is any good, we need your help. Please rate your BROADBAND provider on customer service (not price) over the past SIX MONTHS. Switched broadband recently? Rate the provider you were with the longest over the last SIX MONTHS.

Do you have mobile phone insurance? If so, what type?

You can lose it, break it, or be a victim of crime (as sadly happened to Martin on Monday - two men on a moped rode onto the pavement and snatched his from his hands). Insurance covers you, but it’s not necessarily worth it for everyone (full help in our Cheap Mobile Phone Insurance guide). Do you have mobile phone insurance?

What proportion of your income is spent on your mortgage/rent?

Take what you pay on your mortgage or rent (include any service charges, ground rent, but NOT council tax, insurance or other bills) and work out roughly what percentage of your monthly take-home pay/income (include benefits) it is. If you have joint finances that are intertwined then give your costs as a proportion of household income. Please answer in the correct category.

Do you travel with or without travel insurance?
