Whether it’s down to customer behaviour, cost-cutting or both, banks are closing branches left, right and centre – in fact, 100s of branches have been shutting their doors every year. So this week we wanted to know when you last used your main bank's branch. We last did this poll 18 months ago - so let's see if things have changed. Please select ONE option under the relevant category:

Credit cards are like fire. Used right and they're a useful tool, but get it wrong and they burn. So this week, we want to know if you have a credit card and if you do, how much debt – at 0% or otherwise – do you have on it? Please tell us your credit card balance under the relevant category.

So who are MoneySavers? For the sixth year running, rather than data-mining, we reckon the politest way to find out is just to ask. Plus we think you may like to find out a little bit more about who else uses this site (or more accurately, who uses this site and answers the polls). Welcome to the sixth annual MSE census. Please answer the following 11 questions.

You can vote in each category if you've got children in different schools.

Two in five debit card payments were made using contactless last year. Yet at the moment, the maximum amount you can spend using contactless is just £30 (barring some using Apple Pay), which is done to cap spending if someone takes your card. While of course it'd be nice if limits could be personalised, if not, where would you say it should be set?

Every six months, we ask for your help to track the quality of customer service provided by banks. By comparing your answers with last time, we can see which have got better or worse. So, please vote based on CUSTOMER SERVICE for your main CURRENT account over the last SIX MONTHS. Ignore rates or any other products, and service if it's more than six months old.
