How to get a FREE bagel at B Bagel for running a personal best (PB) in January
Requires a fitness app and an Instagram account. Stores in London only
Last month was about the 'elf on the shelf', but January's about 'a freebie for a PB'. You can claim a totally free bagel from one of B Bagel's seven shops in London during January, if you manage to run a personal best (PB) over any distance.
Even if you've never run before (or recorded a run via an app), any distance and time counts, as long as it's your best – so a great incentive to start, right?! – especially as these bagels normally cost between £6 and £9 for takeaway (more if you eat-in).
How to claim
-
Record your run and PB during January 2026 from a valid running app such as Strava, Couch to 5k, or your phone's standard fitness app – as long as it includes the phrase 'PB' or 'personal best' – most apps highlight this data to you via a little icon when your run is complete.
-
The PB can be over any distance – for Strava, the minimum it starts tracking your best efforts is 400m, so you may need to check your app if you're only planning to do a short distance.
-
You'll also need to download the B Bagel app (available free on Android and Apple).
-
Once you've done this, send B Bagel a direct message at its Instagram with a screenshot of your PB, along with your email address. You'll then get credit added to your app account, which will need to be redeemed by Saturday 31 January. It's worth noting when I tried this, I waited around 24 hours for a reply with my code, so it may take a little time.
