After two months, any subsequent boxes will be charged at full-price, unless you cancel.

  What do you get in a box?

  Each box contains recipe instructions and pre-portioned ingredients for two to five meals that'll feed one to five people. You can pick from over 75 recipes that change weekly, such as stews, pasta, burgers, and curries.

  If you continue after the first box and you forget to choose recipes for your next box by the deadline, Gousto automatically chooses for you based on your previous picks.   Some recipes (these will be clearly marked with an additional charge below, such as '+£2 a serving') and marketplace items (such as wine, desserts and honey) will cost extra and won’t be included in our discount code. If you add those to you order it will incur a surcharge.

  Important – how to cancel your subscription

  If you don't want to continue with it (you can just get the first box if that's all you want), Gousto says you'll need to cancel online via your account by midday, three days before your next delivery day – you can check this in your online profile. For example, if your next delivery is scheduled for a Friday, you'd need to cancel by midday on Tuesday.

  To help you cook up a storm in the kitchen, weekly meal box subscription service Gousto* is offering a £25 discount to newbies on your first set of three or four meals and £10 off your second lot until 11.59pm on Fri 30 Jun. The boxes contain all the ingredients and recipes you need to make meals for either two or four people. Delivery's free.

  Warning: You will be automatically signed up to a subscription and will have to pay full-price for each box going from your third box onwards if you do not cancel. 

  Although you do get a discount on your second box with this deal (which we haven't seen before), we don't reckon £25 for three meals for two is great value for money, so you could always cancel after your first box.

  What do you get in a box?

  Each box contains recipe cards and the exact ingredients for three or four meals that'll feed two or four people depending on what you choose. 

  A two-person box with three recipes (so three meals for two) is £10 (norm £35) for your first box and £25 for your second with this deal. To feed four people for three meals it's £26.99 (norm £52) for your first and £42 for your second box. You can choose your meals from around 20 options available in the weekly menu (some of which are vegetarian).

  An example of a Gousto meal is 'Chicken Saag Masala and Pilau Rice', and your box would include a recipe card and these ingredients: chicken thigh fillets, basmati rice, garam masala, baby spinach, onion, chicken stock cube, garlic cloves, fresh coriander, star anise, chilli flakes, cardamom pods, tomato paste and ground fenugreek.

  How to get the deal

  1. Go online to Gousto*, select 'get started' and enter your delivery postcode.

  2. Select whether you want ingredients for two or four people, and which day you'd like your box to arrive. Then pick your meals from the selection.  

  3. Continue to the checkout and enter the code PROMO2510. You'll then need to enter your contact details and delivery instructions. (Gousto doesn't currently deliver to Northern Ireland.) Your ingredients will come in refrigerated packaging.

  IMPORTANT - how to cancel your subscription

  If you decide not to continue with the subscription, you'll need to cancel online via your account* by 12pm, three days before your next delivery. You can check this date by logging in to your profile.
