Save on groceries using new-customer delivery offers

When you spend £40+

If you're an Amazon Prime member, you can get £10 off your groceries when you spend £40+ at Co-op via Amazon. You'll get £10 off one shop by entering the code 10C00P40 at checkout by 11.59pm on Monday 5 October.

It’s limited to postcodes where Co-op is available on Amazon, so be sure to check your address is included before adding items to your basket.

The £40 minimum spend excludes delivery fees, baby formula and alcohol, and is capped at one discount code per customer. See full T&Cs.

When we checked prices, we noticed some groceries on Amazon were more expensive compared to shopping direct, so although convenient, it may not be the cheapest way to shop Co-op groceries. Of course, depending on how much you're buying, it could be cheaper when factoring in the £10 off.

When you spend £60+ you get £15 off your 1st shop, then £12 off your 2nd, 3rd and 4th

If your household hasn't ordered from Morrisons* online before, you can get £51 off your groceries, spread across four shops, when spending £60+ each time. You’ll get £15 off your first shop, then £12 off your second, third and fourth.

To get this deal:

• Register online at Morrisons* and opt in to marketing. If you’ve previously ordered from Morrisons Now (its fast delivery service), and not regular Morrisons, you can still get this deal.

• Add £60 or more of eligible shopping to your basket (see below for exclusions).

• Enter the code newhere15 at checkout by 11.59pm on Sunday 25 October.

Seven days after your first order, a second code will be emailed to you. You'll be able to use this code three times within two months of your first order and get £12 off a £60+ shop each time.

The discount codes only apply to each order as you go, so if you do all four shops, this essentially works out as £51 off £240+. You don’t have to do all four shops, so you could just use the initial £15 off £60+ code if that’s all you want.

Codes cannot be redeemed against the following: Morrisons Now orders, pharmaceuticals, tobacco, fireworks, postage, alcohol, stamps, infant milk/formula, gift coupons, gift cards, lottery online game and instant tickets, ‘top-up’ phone cards, e-top-up, digital Christmas Saver Stamps, delivery charges, and carrier bag charges.

Plus one month of free delivery on your next orders

If you're a new Asda online grocery customer, you can get £20 off when spending £60 or more.

To get the deal, register online at Asda, and crucially, opt in to marketing during registration by 11.59pm on Wednesday 30 September. If you've previously ordered from Asda George online, you can still get this deal as long as you've never made a grocery order before.

Asda says a unique code will be emailed to you within two hours. Apply this code at checkout and make sure your order is collected or delivered by 11.59pm on Wednesday 14 October.

Some excluded items don't count towards the £60 minimum spend – see 'More info' below.

After you've placed your first order, Asda will send you a voucher that gives you free delivery on any further orders of £40 or more, delivered within 30 days of your first order.

Online code. Maximum £20 discount

If you're a new online customer to Ocado, you can get 25% off your first £60+ shop when you enter the code 25OCADO at checkout. The maximum discount is £20 (meaning you'll get the discount on up to £80 of groceries).

Delivery is free for three months with this code, subject to availability. Ocado delivers across England and Wales, but you can check if it delivers to your area by entering your postcode or town in the top right box on its website. Ocado doesn't deliver to Scotland or Northern Ireland.

The minimum spend excludes tobacco products, alcohol, postage stamps, infant formula, the purchase of Ocado Gift Vouchers, and food donations with Ocado.

NHS staff or teacher? If you're spending £90 or more, you can get 35% off your first Ocado shop.

When you spend £30+ on your first three shops

If you’re new to Morrisons Now* (the supermarket's speedy delivery service), you can get £15 off your groceries, spread across three shops, when spending £30+ each time. You'll get £5 off each shop. Morrisons says this is an ongoing offer.

To get the deal, switch to 'Morrisons Now' in your online grocery account, add up to 70 items to your basket (the most it allows), then enter the code 5firstnow at checkout.

It's available from 350+ Morrisons stores (see the full list or use its postcode checker), and it says you'll typically have your groceries delivered within one hour. Delivery's £2.99.

When we checked prices, we noticed some items were slightly more expensive on Morrisons Now compared to Morrisons, so watch out for these fluctuations. Generally though, prices on both online sites were broadly the same.

If you're a new customer to online grocery delivery service Gopuff*, you can get 25% off your first six orders (no minimum spend) when you enter the code MSE25 each time at checkout. The maximum discount is £10.

Delivery is free. Gopuff delivers across city locations in England and Wales – check if it delivers to your area. It doesn't deliver within Scotland or Northern Ireland.

Alcohol and tobacco are excluded.

Minimum £90 spend. Get a code from Health Service Discounts or Discounts for Teachers

NHS workers and teachers who are new to Ocado can get 35% off a £90 or more online grocery shop, plus a three-month smart pass, until Saturday 19 December. Get a code from Health Service Discounts or Discounts for Teachers (both are free to join).

There's a maximum discount of £33, so you'll only get the 35% off on a spend of up to £94.

The 35% off is only available on fresh produce, food cupboard, bakery, frozen, soft drinks, tea & coffee, toiletries, baby (excluding infant formula) and finger foods (we don't know what that means, either).
