Including 20% off your first app order, and outlet deals
There are always ways to save at Holland & Barrett with its ongoing offers and limited-time discount codes, including:
20% off your first app order – sign up to the free Holland & Barrett app and enter the code WELCOME20 at the checkout. The offer excludes protein powders and bars, pre-workout, outlet, at-home testing Kits, H&B&Me tests, Rheal, H&B vitamins & supplements value range, Symprove, Optibac, medicine & healthcare range, and marketplace products.
3for2 on selected items – you can mix & match on hundreds of vitamins and snacks.
Buy one get one half-price – across hundreds of wellness products.
Outlet – deep discounts across a small selection of products, including short-dated items. When we checked, there were discounts of up to 80% off.
Check for discount codes – Holland & Barrett often find discount codes when spending a minimum amount (though don't use it as an excuse to overspend). Check deals sites, and make sure you're signed up to the free MSE Money Tips email as occasionally we feature an MSE Blagged deal (for example, we previously had 25% off a £25 spend).
See Holland & Barrett's website banner for daily discount codes – you'll find them at the top of its homepage. It's often 10%-20% off, with a minimum spend, and the strongest deal we've seen is 25% off a £40 spend.
Student? Get 10% off online – you'll need to visit this Holland & Barrett link and verify your student status via Unidays. Some items are excluded (see full T&Cs). Occasionally it boosts the discount to 20% off for a limited time.
NHS staff or emergency services worker? Get 5% off – you'll need to have a Blue Light Card (£4.99 for two years – see more info), and generate a code from its website or via the app. The offer excludes protein powders and bars, pre-workout, outlet, at-home testing Kits, H&B&Me tests, Rheal, H&B vitamins & supplements value range, Symprove, Optibac, medicine & healthcare range, and marketplace products. See full T&Cs.
Holland & Barrett 25% off a £25 spend*

Online only. Works on most items, including those already-reduced
Go online to health and beauty retailer Holland & Barrett*, and you can use the MSE Blagged code MSE25 to get 25% off most items if spending £25 or more – though don't use it as an excuse to overspend. The code's valid until 11.59pm on Saturday 12 April.
Delivery's £3.49 or free if you're spending £30 or more after you've entered the code. You can also click & collect at a Holland & Barrett store* for free.
You can use the code on top of already-reduced items, as well as 'buy one get one free/half-price' offers, so by combining discounts you can make a healthy saving. Note though, you won't be able to use this code alongside another discount code.
The code works on over 80% of items at the Holland & Barrett website, but there are some exclusions such as protein powders and at-home testing kits – see 'More info' below for the full exclusions list.
Stock of some items may be limited, so go quick if there's something you're after. Even with a code, Holland & Barrett might not always be the cheapest place to buy, so be sure to check prices elsewhere.

And although Section 75 doesn't apply to debit cards, there is something else to fall back on if you've paid using a debit card, or used a credit card for a purchase under £100. Known as Chargeback, this is part of banks' and card companies' internal rules and not a legal requirement. Read full details of Section 75 or Chargeback, plus how to claim, in our guides.
What the * means above
If a link has an * by it, that means it is an affiliated link and therefore it helps MoneySavingExpert stay free to use, as it is tracked to us. If you go through it, it can sometimes result in a payment or benefit to the site. It's worth noting this means the third party used may be named on any credit agreements.
You shouldn’t notice any difference and the link will never negatively impact the product. Plus the editorial line (the things we write) is NEVER impacted by these links. We aim to look at all available products. If it isn't possible to get an affiliate link for the top deal, it is still included in exactly the same way, just with a non-paying link.
