Homebase 15% off everything

Rare site-wide code
Homebase previously told us that the sale was ending at 11.59pm today, but has moved this forward to 8pm.
There's a bank holiday coming up and the letters DIY may be on your mind. If you're looking to save money on decorating, tools, gardening bits 'n' bobs and more, we've spotted a rare Homebase site-wide discount code. To use it, simply enter SAVE15 at the checkout by 11.59pm 8pm on Wednesday 1 May. The discount's also available in-store (find your nearest) – it will be applied automatically at the till.
To give you an idea of the discount this code gets you in monetary terms, here are a few examples:
-
Kärcher K3 Classic pressure washer – £92.65 with code (was £109). Next cheapest, £105 at Argos.
-
Farrow & Ball 'dimity no.2008' paint tester, 100ml – £4.67 with code (was £5.50). Next cheapest, £5.50 at B&Q.
-
Westland multi-purpose compost, 50L – £6.80 with code (was £8). Next cheapest, £8 at B&Q.
-
Bosch 1200W Rotak electric lawn mower – £75.65 with code (was £89). Next cheapest, £80.75 at Argos.
The 15% off is valid on most items including sale items, but can't be used on gift cards or delivery charges.
And do remember that even with the code, Homebase may not be cheapest for everything, so make sure you compare prices elsewhere before buying.

Homebase clearance section

Discounted power tools, home & DIY products
If you go online to Homebase you can browse its clearance section for bargains, with a mixture of small and large discounts on a selected range of power tools, DIY, home and garden items subject to stock. Delivery's £6, or free if you collect in a store (find your nearest).
As is the nature of a clearance, stock is limited, so you'll have to go quick if there's something you want. It's also worth checking if there's a clearance section in your local store, but obviously what's available will vary from place to place.

And although Section 75 doesn't apply to debit cards, there is something else to fall back on if you've paid using a debit card, or used a credit card for a purchase under £100. Known as Chargeback, this is part of banks' and card companies' internal rules and not a legal requirement. Read full details of Section 75 or Chargeback, plus how to claim, in our guides.
What the * means above
If a link has an * by it, that means it is an affiliated link and therefore it helps MoneySavingExpert stay free to use, as it is tracked to us. If you go through it, it can sometimes result in a payment or benefit to the site. It's worth noting this means the third party used may be named on any credit agreements.
You shouldn’t notice any difference and the link will never negatively impact the product. Plus the editorial line (the things we write) is NEVER impacted by these links. We aim to look at all available products. If it isn't possible to get an affiliate link for the top deal, it is still included in exactly the same way, just with a non-paying link.
