NCP London parking - 6 hours for £5 (usually £20-£50)
Book at 10 NCP London car parks using special code
ExpiredEnter the code LON2013 online at NCP* and become a member (it's free) to pay £5 for six hours' parking at 10 London car parks. The offer's valid Mon-Fri, 4pm-10pm, Sat and Sun 10am-4pm till Tue 31 Dec.
You could save between £13 and £43, depending on which car park you choose: Aldersgate Street (usually £22.10), Cadogan Place (usually £48.10), Carrington Street (usually £33.10), Edgware Road (usually £18.60), Finsbury Square (usually £37.20), Grosvenor Hill (usually £48.10), Portman Square (usually £37.10), Saffron Hill (usually £21.60), Shaftesbury (usually £38.20) and Welbeck Street (usually £30.10).
While six hours' parking for £5 sounds amazing, watch out for central London's Congestion Charge (operates 7am-6pm Mon-Fri) as it'ill set you back an extra £9-£12 per day. The congestion charge is suspended between Wed 25 Dec and Wed 1 Jan.
How do I get it?
- Select the 'pre-book' tab for your chosen car park, then 'pre-book a space now' and enter the date you want your parking spot. You must enter the 'book from' and 'book until' times as 4pm-10pm Mon-Fri, or 10am-4pm for Sat and Sun.
- Next enter the code LON2013. You'll see a 'non-member price' and a 'member price' for £5. Select 'join & book now' under the member price option.
- You'll need to register and give your car registration number. Once you've filled in your details, you MUST click the 'I'd like NCP membership' box (it's free and you can cancel your membership at any time) at the bottom of the form.
- You'll receive a booking confirmation email with details on how to get to the car park.
There's no limit on how many bookings you can make, though it's subject to availability.
